Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At GQ Gents, each product is offered with intention—whether ready for immediate wear or produced specifically for you. Because of this, our return policy varies by product type.
Made To Order & Custom Garments
All Made To Order and custom garments are final sale.
These pieces are produced specifically for each customer based on selected size, style, and specifications. As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If there is an issue with workmanship or an error in your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the matter.
Essential Collection (Ready-To-Wear)
Ready-to-wear items, including Essential suits, tuxedos, shirts, and accessories, may be returned under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for ready-to-wear items.
Accessories
Accessories (including ties, bow ties, pocket squares, cufflinks, and studs) are final sale for hygiene and handling reasons.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Alterations
Many of our garments are designed to be tailored for a precise fit. Minor alterations are expected and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
