At GQ Gents, each order is handled with intention—whether selected for immediate delivery or produced specifically for you. Shipping timelines and methods vary based on the product type.

 

Order Processing

 

 

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping options are presented at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (when available)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and location.

Made To Order Garments

Made To Order garments require a production period prior to shipping.

  • Production Time: Approximately 4–6 weeks
  • Shipping time begins after production is complete

You will be notified once your garment has entered the shipping phase.

Essential & Ready-To-Wear Items

Ready-to-wear items, including Essential suits, tuxedos, shirts, and accessories, ship within 1–3 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates

 

 

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination.

For expedited and overnight orders, additional charges apply.

 

 

Overnight & Rush Orders

For urgent needs, we offer expedited and overnight shipping options.

 

Please note:

  • Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time to qualify for same-day processing
  • Availability may vary depending on product and location

Shipping Responsibility

 

Once an order has been shipped, GQ Gents is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

GQ Gents is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

 

International Shipping

 

International shipping may be available upon request.
